I offer coaching and mentoring for disabled (including neurodivergent) creatives, leaders and change-makers who want to work sustainably, accessibly, and in a values-aligned way. My coaching helps other disabled people create space for clarity, strategy and self-trust in a world that isn't built with us in mind.
Whether you are navigating burnout, shifting capacity, leadership challenges or a period of transition I work with you to find ways forward that honour your bodymind, your politics and your long-term sustainability.
coaching & mentoring

My coaching is grounded in disability justice, equity, and lived experience. I don't believe in encouraging productivity for productivity's sake and I won't push you towards goals that don't fit your bodymind's capacities. Working together we will design ways of being that centre access, fluctuating capacity, and care.
I bring professional expertise and a lived understanding of navigating systems that were not built for us, meaning my work is practical, strategic, and rooted in reality.

I work particularly well with:
Disabled professionals and creatives building sustainable careers

Leaders who want to centre access and equity in their work
Freelancers and portfolio workers seeking clarity and structure
People struggling to balance neurodivergence in the workplace or with freelance work
Anyone trying to reconcile ambition with sustainability
who i work with
People often come to me for support with:
Building sustainable, access-centred ways of working
Navigating fluctuating capacity and work
Setting and holding boundaries
Disclosure and access needs at work
Values-centred decision-making
Confidence-building after burnout
Our work can be practical, reflective, or both - depending what you need
what i help with
I will always try to be collaborative, thoughtful and honest. I offer warmth and constructive challenge. I will ask difficult questions when needed, but with care and consent.
You can expect to think deeply, be believed about your access needs, and to develop strategies that fit your life. I am not here to fix you, or make you fit into an inaccessible world, I'm here to help you build something sustainable for yourself.
what is coaching like?
Sometimes coaching and mentoring are better led by you - either what you bring to each session, or what you want to bring to a programme of sessions, but I also offer structured programmes created to help people newly coming to terms with the impact of a disabled or neurodivergent experience on their work and life, and to support them to develop strategies to serve them well in a world that isn't designed for them.
what do i offer?
All my coaching is delivered via online platforms such as Google Meet or Zoom, allowing us both to participate in the ways that are best for us. All I ask is that you show up ready for coaching, and in an environment where we can hear (and ideally see) each other. You're welcome to be wherever you need to be, to get up and move around, to be fiddling, stimming, eating, drinking, whatever helps you be present in the space.
where does my coaching take place?
I work on a sliding scale depending on income and funding source, to try and ensure people aren't priced out of accessing coaching, while I'm able to deliver it in an ongoing and resilient fashion. Many people fund coaching with sources including:
Arts Council England Develop Your Creative Practice funding
Access to Work Neurodiversity Coaching funding
Employer-funded coaching
Private funding
I typically work by invoice with 30 day payment terms
how is coaching funded?
Mentoring is a more long-term relationship, which is often less structured. A lot of the coaching I do is flexible in format, and can be more similar to a traditional performance, goal, and outcome-oriented coaching structure or a person-orientated mentoring structure, and this is something we'll decide as we work together. Sometimes coaching clients transition into a longer-term mentoring relationship over time. I usually begin with 4-12 booked sessions with an individual, after which we are able to review our relationship and continue working in structures that are most constructive for them,
what about mentoring instead of coaching?
